Map Textures Appearing On Creepers/Bats/Rain/Crafting Recipe Menu

Texture glitches with creepers, bats, rain, and the crafting recipe menu. All seem to take on textures of maps I have created in those worlds. I recreated this in a second world to make sure it wasn't an issue with that particular save.

This issue occurred both with only the default as well as with the programmer art resource pack. Pictures will be attached.
