Server Bug

So i wanted to start a server and so did the following steps. But now the server couldn't run. It says port: 25565 will not run because there is already a server and I have no idea why, because it ran 1.16.5. If you fix this, please fix it as soon(I have gave the latest.log file from my server files, please check it)
