Infinite horse armor when picking up an item

The bug in question appears when playing a world previously played in version 1.16.5 with the new version 1.17. The bug consists of the appearance of infinite horse armors when breaking or catching any type of item in survival mode as shown in the image. This bug appears even after optimizing the world and even optimizing a copy of that world.

Already leaving aside how annoying this bug is makes that world unplayable, forcing the player to create a new world and therefore losing the  the   progression   of   that   world .
