The spawn coordinates of the nether and end is bugged

Since i upgraded my world to 1.17, everything was right until i entered nether. It makes me spawn in a casual place i ve never seen and when i go to my spawn coordinates before 1.17, the chunks arent the same. I tried to reupgrade some backup files but the result is the same. By checking the world with MCA selector, i can clearly see my portal at the spawn coordinates. The same is with the end.
