Ice Biom Texture glitch 1.17

Hi 

i found a texture glitch in my 1.17 hardcore world. 

The ice textures that should be on the water, are in the sky and the textures on the water are invisible, like i on barrier Blocks. The textures in the sky don´t have any collision.
