Head glitches while in survival inventory

While your in survival inventory your head twitches.

You can see this a split second when you exit your inventory.

This only happens in survival. Unless viewing the survival inventory via creative mode, which the character model is shown.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Make the inventory.png transparent with an image editor.
2) Go in-game and open your inventory up in survival.
