Entities show cloud particles upon death with DeathTime set to 19s

The Bug:

Entities now produce cloud particles when they die, even when they have their DeathTime set to 19s.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Summon an entity with the nbt {DeathTime:19s}
2. Kill the entity
   → Notice how cloud particles are produced

 

It might be intentional, but I feel like this took away the possibility for data pack/map makers to hide the particles without a resource pack how it was possible in 1.16.
