Hostile and neutral mobs eggs and /summon not working

• on summoning with commands or eggs - the hostile mobs spawns and instantly gets deleted - but such behavior is not shown by bees-squids-goats etc.
  tried doing /kill @e -(killed me in creative) still not working - the mobs spawn and instantly, Vanish ?
