Axolotl and Glow Squid spawn in the flowing water

When I want to find amethys geodes and new mob using spectator mode, surprisingly Axolotl and Glow Squid spawn on Flowing Water (Not caves water)

Step to reproduce : Find any nearby cave (Spectator is recommended)

Expected result : Axolotl and Glow Squid spawn on Caves Water Sources

Observed result : Glow squid and Axolotl spawn on Flowing Water (See attachment)
