bedrock at Y = 0

Put the summary of the bug you're having here

once I hit deepslate I expected to find caves and stuff and I hit bedrock surprisingly quickly. I pressed f3 and I was at Y = 4.

 

*yes I cheated here because I wanted to find stuff because I wasn't really keeping up with the snapshots
