[MC-227996] Chunks don't load after travelling between dimensions (caused by Optifine)

This has been fixed in Optifine 1.17 G9 pre21, update to that version to resolve the issue.

Whenever I go through a nether portal, the chunks around me don't load. I have to re-launch the world to load the chunks. This occured on a 1.16 -> 1.17 updated world save.
