Minecraft Realms not working on version 1.17 (says 1.16.5 is needed)

My Realm isn't working. So I went to my Realm to play on the new update (1.17), but when it finished loading, it said: "Incompatible Client! Please use 1.16.5". Do I need to update my Realm? If so, how? Please respond ASAP. Thank you for your time!
