Glow Squids and Axolotls Spawning in Caves

Hi I am here to report a bug about the new 1.17 Caves and Cliffs update. When you enter a big cave such as a ravine the water that's flowing down sometimes spawns a glow squid and dies.

 It also spawns Axolotls But they just flow around. I don't know if its meant to be like that but its there.
