Multiplayer (LAN) not working after update

I have been playing one shared world for over two months, without a problem. today the game updated and after I open to LAN nobody can access the world, giving the following error:
minecraft lan io.netty.channel.abstractchannel$annotatedconnectexception connection timed out (...)

I can no longer open any world to lan, but I can access other games.
