End Portal/Gateways render incorrectly

End Portal/Gateway blocks are supposed to have an animated texture, but instead the texture appears frozen and stretched as shown in the attachments.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Generate a new world with cheats enabled
2. Run /setblock ~ ~ ~ end_gateway
> You will see that the texture renders incorrectly
