2D Textures glitched in new 1.17 world

I downloaded the new 1.17 update and when I created a new world I noticed the poppies looked odd, and after a little looking around I noticed every 2D decoration block, including flowers, grass, and sugar cane, seemed to be placed twice, with an overlapping texture visual glitch.
