1.17 UI and other textures are glitching very badly

The textures are glitching in and out and bugging all around my screen when i try to play, and i've tried reinstalling the game, but it didn't fix it. this has been happening since the snapshot.

I have a legal copy of the game, in case someone thinks I have a pirated version.
