Minecraft does not let me access the multiplayer mode and I bought it from the official website

I bought minecraft recently but when I opened the game I found that the game did not let me access multiplayer mode I get a message saying: Multiplayer is disabled. Please check your Microsoft account settings.

I looked in the Microsoft account but there was no option to reactivate that mode so I hope there is a way to reactivate it.
