Items with certain attributes can freeze players

An item with both Infinityd and -Infinityd as a movement speed attribute can freeze players

 

I have attached a hotbar.nbt w/ the stick since i couldn't /give it

Reproduce:

1. Grab the stick from the hotbar
2. Move while holding the item
3. You're freezed
