When placing and breaking pointed dripstone repeatedly, it very rarely drips water even if it's not there

In very rare circumstances, repeatedly placing and breaking pointed dripstone under any valid block displays dripping water particles, sounds and subtitles. Possibly the most trivial bug ever.
