floating minecart in a mineshaft

I was in spectator mode and I saw a floating minecart in a mineshaft

The minecart can maybe just generate somewhere with no block under. Because of this, the minecart can appears in the air.

 

You need to find a mineshaft and hope to find a floating minecart
