Bees are removed from existence when entering a hive

What I expected to happen was...:
I thought my bees would be safe

What actually happened was...:
they disappeared and honey level did not even increase

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Get hive/nest
2. get bees through /summon or kidnap naturally spawned bees
3. wait for them to enter hive

4. honey level should not increase and bees will never reappear

5. break hive to confirm that bees are not inside
