Ore smelting and blasting recipes do not use tags

The various ore smelting and blasting recipes do not use tags when a corresponding tag is available, instead opting for multiple recipes that all produce the same result. This is inconsistent with other recipes which use tags, or at least ingredients with multiple items, when the result is the same.
