Bug of anvil or sand falling on torches or other not full heigth blocks

Anvil, gravel or sand should not be destroyed when they falls on the farmland, torch, crops and railway. Actually gravel, sand or anvil should destroy torch or farmland when they falls on it because it does not make sense and it is bug in my opinion.
