I have created a new world and the seed was 0 and it breaked a big part of the world including bedrock.

What I expected to happen was...:
I expected to have a normal seed

What actually happened was...:
I had a download world and it was seed 0

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the world
2. Go to the coords 1052 46 608
3. See that the seed is 0  and the world is breaked.
