Creative Inventory Drag and Drop Bug

In creative mode,
1. players need to drag and drop items i.e in 1.16.5 only need to click an item to move in creative inventory but in 1.17rc1, need to hold-drag an item.
2. cannot remove all items in inventory using shift+remove in player creative inventory.
