tnt minecart tecture bug

When every you push a TNT-minecart into fire the texture glitches out and the TNT-minecart texture goes crazy where it rapidly shakes back and forth before exploding. It also works with lava as well. when the TNT-minecart blows up the rails and the block underneath seem to be immune to the explosion.
