[MC-227409] Vanilla Minecraft Hardcore multiplayer can respawn after death

In vanilla Minecraft server you can respawn in hardcore mode whenever you want.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Die

2. Go to spectator

3. Disconnect

4. Reconnect and you alive again with no inventory, just as in survival.
