Text colors in glow signs aren't accurate

The colors of glowing text on Java Edition don't match the ones seen in the Bedrock beta.

While on Java the colors are generally brighter, which makes sense, some of them lose fidelity (such as dark green, cyan and light blue).
On Bedrock, the colors are closer to the new palette introduced in the World of Color Update.
