I can't create worlds back in 1.17 Pre-Release 4

When I try to create a world in java 1.17 Pre-Release 4 it says saving world forever and it is seeming like I quit while I'm in the loading screen or joining screen. Sorry but I can't put a video because it will say "Encode overload" and I have to crash my Minecraft.
