Smooth Lighting Issues on Minimum & Maximum

There is still an issue with smooth lighting even after the latest pre-release. There is zero difference between smooth lighting minimum and smooth lighting maximum. The shadows are also all at weird angles making the shadows look choppy. This has been an issue for years and it still hasn't been fixed so I really hope something can be done about it soon.

This is easier to see on a white background or with shaders.
