Lush caves biome does not generate in 1.17-pre1

The world does not generate lush caves biome in 1.17 pre 1.

I used the command "/locateboime minecraft:lush_caves"

and the command returned that there were none in a reasonable distance.

I tried with another biome in the command and it returned that it was 1000 blocks away so I think the command is working.
