Screen glitching out

I absolutely have no idea what is happening. I booted up minecraft one or two days ago and this started happening (video in the link), I tried repairing MC launcher, install a new java version, even tried reinstalling it altogether but still nothing and I have no clue what could have happened to it.

Has this happened to someone else?

Sorry if this is not an issue that should be posted her but I really want to fix this because it's preventing me from playing and enjoying the game.

P.s.: Epilepsy warning, the visual glitches are freaking out so it could potentionally trigger it.
