1 Block Slice on Chunk Borders in Ocean

1 block slice forming on chunk borders in the ocean (may affect land also not sure). This is on 1,17 pre-release 1 

Seed is -3496538213801192111 North East from Spawn. Also noticed it in the ocean while exploring a map in other areas.

Not sure if this is intended, like a new cave generation?
