Fortresses overwrite themselves

In seed -5208210088792058538 at about -750 -250 you will find a nether fortress with very buggy generation which has overwritten itself in many spots. I suspect that it is possible for it to overwrite the blaze spawners although it does not happen in this particular fortress, as well as other important parts of the fortress.
