Sprint particles and FOV changes momentarily when starting sprinting fails

(Different bug from MC-159952 but is definitely related.)

The bug

If you try to sprint but you are against a wall, so you should not be able to, if you repeatedly mash your sprint and movement keys, you will produce sprint particles and your FOV will shift rapidly. Occurs regardless of view bobbing settings. You actually don't need to spam your keys but it is more noticeable if you do.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go against a wall
2. Spam your movement and sprint keys
3. Look down

-->  Notice that your FOV momentarily changes as if it thinks you are sprinting and that it is producing sprint particles.
