I found a village with only a single house + locate command not work

Cords: -272, ~, -256

I found a village with a single house, I don´t this generation is correct.

Another iusse:

Cords: 800, ~, 640

The locate command shows, that there is a ruinded portal, but there isn´t one. When I move 5 blocks It gives me other coords
