Waxing a copper block using the crafting table doesn't give you the "Wax On" advancement

when waxing a copper block with the crafting table is doesn't show the wax on achivement

how to reproduce

1. get copper block, honeycomb, crafting table
2. then wax the copper in the crafting table then it will not show the wax on achievment
