Water lakes generating in snowy tundra's can sometimes contain dark spots

Seemingly because removing snow layers to fix MC-225843 doesn't cause light updates, some spots in water lakes in tundra biomes are darker. In my attachment it is shown the light level is 13 and not 15, but sometimes the darkness is noticeable without the use of F3.
