Can't obtain advancements "The Cutest Predator", "Tactical Fishing" or "Bukkit bukkit" in creative mode

The Bug

When in creative mode and catching a axolotl or fish in a bucket you don't gain the advancement "The Cutest Predator" or "Tactical Fishing"

Reproduce

• Be in creative
• Spawn an axolotl
• Get a Water Bucket
• Catch the axolotl
  Notice no advancement given
