Nether sprouts held item bug

The bug
When you go into 3rd person mode while holding Nether Sprouts, the item appears to be floating above your hand.

When in first person mode, you can see the item but not your hand.

I put these in the same issue as I believe that they are caused by the same thing

Possible fixes
Vanilla tweaks has a resource pack that fixes this problem. So I recommend that you do whatever they did.
