Game crashes and never properly starts

I have a new alienware laptop with all drivers updated. 

What I expected to happen was...:
The game would launch

What actually happened was...:
When the press play the launcher goes away, then comes back a few seconds later and says "Game crashed" "Exit Code: 0"
