Cannot play multiplayer

Hi i want to report a bug on the minecraft launcher

Every time I open the launcher it says play offline

please fix because i want to play hypixel

and also when I manage to fix it myself 

all server that I try to join says 

authentication server down To maintenance 

please fix it!!!!!
