Can't turn clouds on

So. I joined my world but my clouds were turned off. I went to turn it on but then when i press done. I don't see the clouds and i check the settings again. It was off.

I put it to fast again. Still not working! My graphics was fancy

I can't even put 1.12.2 as a affects versions here. So it's 21w19a
