Wandering traders can spawn while the player is inside a pillager outpost

The wandering trader can spawn whilst the player is at a pillager outpost. When they approach the outpost, they end up getting shot by the pillagers.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a regular world
2. Locate a pillager outpost, and tp to it:

   /locate structure minecraft:pillager_outpost
   

3. Place a repeating command block inside the outpost near you, with this command:

   teleport @n[type=minecraft:wandering_trader] ~ ~1 ~
   

4. Tick sprint for ease:

   /tick sprint 3d
   

5. Enter survival (can block off the pillagers from you if needed)
6. Wait for a trader to spawn, which will be teleported to the command block
