Axolotls sometimes don't receive any damage when attacking pufferfish

The Bug:

Axolotls sometimes don't receive any damage when attacking pufferfish.

Please note that axolotls will not receive damage most of the time.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Locate a large area of water and summon both an axolotl and pufferfish within it.
2. Watch the axolotl closely as it attacks the pufferfish.
3. Take note as to whether or not axolotls sometimes don't receive any damage when attacking pufferfish.

Observed Behavior:

Axolotls sometimes don't receive any damage.

Expected Behavior:

Axolotls would always receive damage.
