I expected: right clicking nether wart, sugar cane, cactus while holding bone meal is spend bone meal and grow them

What really happened: growing them by bone meal doesn't work

How to reproduce: 1. Place cactus, sugar cane, nether wart

2. Right click while holding bone meal
