Selected text on signs blinks

If you select text on a sign, that selected area will blinks along with the text cursor.

This problem started in 21w10a, before it didn't blink.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place a sign
2. Write something
3. Hold shift and use the left or right arrow to select what you wrote
4. You will see that the selected area blinks
