Evokers using evoker fangs are not affected by the Thorns enchantment

The Bug:

Even though Evokers shoot out evoker fangs to the player, they don't take damage when the evoker fangs hit the player.

Reproduce

• Get a full set of thorns 3 armor
• Spawn an Evoker
• Have it use the evoker fangs attack on you a few times
  The Evoker takes no damage from the thorns

Expected Result

The Evoker would take damage from thorns when using the evoker fangs similar to how arrow from skeletons cause thorns to happen
