Breaking a door while a zombie is attacking it creates ghost door

Doors that are broken by the player while being broken by a zombie creates ghost doors. (The zombie continues to attack the door after it is broken)

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Use give command for a zombie spawn egg with CanBreakDoors:1b
2. Spawn a zombie
3. Wait for the zombie to attack the door
4. Break the door
